Tap/Modern/Beginners to Stage Teacher

 

Mandy trained at Bishops Stage School, and qualified there to teach Tap dance, Theatre Craft and Dance Exercise with the IDTA.  After finishing her A levels and passing her RSA fitness instructor course, she started her career as a professional dancer and enjoyed 8 years working in Europe, Japan and the Middle East in various shows.  She also danced on several cruise ships around the Mediterranean, Scandinavia, the Caribbean and Alaska.  Mandy joined Stage One in 1995, teaching tap dance and also performed in many Stage One productions. She currently teaches the youngest members of the school and hopes to pass on her enthusiasm for dance to them.  She is also a children's party entertainer, an exercise instructor, and has her own dance school (IDTA qualified).
